Cycling in Assynt is not for the faint-hearted (or the un-fit!) The roads are very popular with cyclists and becoming more so with the arrival of the NC500. Please ensure you obey the Highway Code when cycling on single-track roads and also be aware that a small number of other road users consider it a challenge to complete the NC500 as quickly as possible!
